Meals are not included in your Summit registration fee. Online registration will remain open through October 29, 2017.

If your company requires a PO, please do the following:

  • Select the Register by Check option and complete the registration.
  • Once your registration is submitted you will receive an invoice via email.
  • Submit the invoice for the PO to be issued.
  • Please mail or email the PO to our finance office.

NOTE: Payment must be received prior to the Summit.

Apply for Scholarship

We are able to provide Summit scholarships to a limited number of individuals, and your application is the only information that influences our decision when selecting recipients. Summit scholarship applications are due by August 31, 2017.

Please be sure to complete this entire application. You may want to download a copy of the application and answer the questions prior to filling out the form. This will also provide you with a backup in the unfortunate case of technological glitches. If you are applying for a Summit scholarship, do not register for the conference at this time.

Applicants will be notified of their scholarship status on or before September 8, 2017.
