We are thrilled to be able to provide Healthier Texas Summit scholarships to a limited number of individuals for this year’s event. Please review this Scholarship Criteria and submit your application no later than September 23, 2022, to be considered for this scholarship award. Your application is the only information that influences our decision when selecting recipients, so please answer each question concisely and thoroughly.
