When will the Healthier Texas Summit take place?
The 2025 Healthier Texas Summit will take place in-person October 2-3, 2025.
Will I have the opportunity to connect with other registered attendees prior to the event?
Yes! The Whova app will be available to all registered attendees prior to the event. Through this conference app, you will be able to network with other attendees before, during, and after the event.

What steps are you taking to ensure safety at the in-person event?
The safety of our attendees, their families and staff, and the community at large is our number one priority. Healthier Texas Summit strongly supports and recommends a COVID-19 vaccination for all Texans eligible to receive it.
All event attendees and those traveling with them are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If you are not feeling well, please do not travel to the Summit.
How can I become a sponsor or media partner for the Healthier Texas Summit?
Sponsors and media partners are an important part of the Healthier Texas Summit. If you’re interested in becoming a sponsor, please email Nathaniel Aranda, CFRE, Senior Vice President of Strategy, at naranda@healthiertexas.org.
Interested in a media pass? Please email Coco Plunkett at Registration for the 2025 Healthier Texas Summit will open mid June. Yes, registrations are accepted onsite; however, we encourage you to register early to get the best rate and to take advantage of the networking opportunities available to registered attendees on the Healthier Texas Summit Whova app. The in-person registration area will be held in the Zlotnik Ballroom Pre-function on the hotel side, not at the AT&T Conference Center. There you can pick up a program guide and find other helpful information about the Healthier Texas Summit. The in-person registration area hours will be announced within the conference’s program in early August. To reserve your room at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center please Click here. Lunch buffet is included with all paid registrations for Thursday and Friday. Non-paid registrants can purchase lunch tickets during registration or on-site at the Summit. Additional food options are available for purchase throughout the AT&T Conference Center. Yes. Cancellations must be made on or by September 7, 2025 to receive a partial refund, aside from a $25 processing fee. To cancel your registration, contact Healthier Texas Summit Event Director, at cplunkett@healthiertexas.org. After September 15, no refunds will be given. However, you can still transfer your registration to a colleague. For questions, view the Healthier Texas Summit cancellation policy. Yes. Payment methods accepted are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PO and check.
