When will the Healthier Texas Summit take place?
The 2022 Healthier Texas Summit will take place in-person October 20-21 at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center, 1900 University Avenue in Austin, Texas.
Will I have the opportunity to connect with other registered attendees prior to the event?
Yes! The Whova app will be available to all registered attendees prior to the event. Through this innovative conference app, you will be able to network with other attendees before, during, and after the event.
All registered attendees will receive an email notification and instructions in early October 2022 for accessing the Whova app when it is live, so that you may craft your unique experience and connect with other Healthier Texas Summit attendees, prior to the conference.

What steps are you taking to ensure safety at the in-person event?
The safety of our attendees, sponsors, and staff is our number one priority at the in-person event. As the guidance around the pandemic is continuously changing and can differ from region to region we will adhere to city and county requirements at the time of the summit. How can I register?
Click here to register for the 2022 Healthier Texas Summit. Online registration closes October 9th at 11:59 PM.
Can I register in-person at the event?
Yes, registrations are accepted onsite; however, we encourage you to register early to get the best rate and to take advantage of the networking opportunities available to registered attendees on the Healthier Texas Summit Whova app.
The in-person registration area hours will be announced within the conference’s program in early August.
How do I make hotel reservations?
A room block with limited rooms has been reserved at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. The room rate for a single/double is $214.00. To make a reservation, please click here.
Are meals included with registration?
Meals will not be provided.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes. Cancellations must be made on or by October 1, 2022 to receive a partial refund, aside from a $25 processing fee. To cancel your registration, contact the Healthier Texas Summit Event Director, Coco Plunkett, at coco@itstimetexas.org. After October 1st, no refunds will be given. However, you can still transfer your registration to a colleague. For questions, view the Healthier Texas Summit cancellation policy.
Can I transfer my registration?

What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods accepted are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PO and check. If paying by check, please mail a copy of your invoice from your confirmation email, along with your payment to:
