Thank you to St. David's Foundation for providing Summit scholarships to a limited number of individuals for this year’s Healthier Texas Summit. Please review the scholarship criteria and submit an application no later than August 11, 2023 to be considered for this award.

Your application is the only information that influences our decision when selecting recipients so please answer each question concisely and thoroughly. Applicants will be notified of their scholarship status on or before August 15, 2023.

If you are applying for a Summit scholarship, please do not register for the conference at this time. If selected, you will receive separate registration instructions.
